the location was acceptable. it was close to everything.
the escalators to the esplanade also were not working. i only had one drinking glass upon arrival. it was supplied after i asked.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is right across from the beach and close to many restaurants. the staff was friendly. settling in was easy. i found the room spacious. the room had a wonderful view.

the staff were amazingly helpful to me. they arranged a shower stool because I needed it due to mobility issues. I saw the sun set over the ocean for a long time.
the bathroom felt very dated at the hotel. i noticed mould in all of the silicone around the fixtures. the corridors seemed filthy to me.

The staff at the counter were helpful. breakfast was excellent, and we got a $10 discount per person because we were staying at the hotel. made it a good value and enjoyable.
The tv had limited free-to-air channels. A movie cost $15 to watch. it seemed like the 90s. i could not watch the footy.

The gym had modern equipment. Guests can maintain their fitness routines with ease. the pool area was spacious with many loungers. Relaxation by the water was simple. the hotel offered convenient access to nearby attractions.

The front office staff were willing to help. they assisted us with anything we needed. the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. This created a cute and friendly atmosphere. their positive attitude.

faulty fanfogged mirror
the bathroom situation REALLY bothered me. the exhaust fan in the bathroom did NOT work. i reported this, and the desk said it's company policy to stop people from smoking. SO, i had to get ready in front of a fogged up mirror. i think they should install fog proof mirrors.
